Confeds - NAP's and Confeds Rules
1 1st contact
Any kind of 1st contact to make a NAP or Alliance between other Alliance and •DE• must be made at the forum under the correct topic
2 Request of Alliance
2.1 The request of an Alliance will permit one week of mutual NAP. During this 1 weeks time, •DE• and its Alliances and Wings will collectively discuss and decide on the Application
2.1.1 If the proposal for an Alliance is is refused a new contact will be made to try a NAP. And will be added more 3 days of mutual NAP.
2.1.2 If the proposal is accepted both alliance will create one Set of Guidelines to guide both Alliances, to increase cooperation and friendship between both sides.
2.1.3 If all contacts fail, both alliances would be free to scout, raid, attack each other.
2.2 If any NAP Guidelines are violated while the Alliance is under the NAP arrangement, Diplomats will work to resolve all issues. If someone must be compensated, the same must be honored
3 Requesting NAP
3.1 The request of a NAP will permit one week of mutual NAP.
In that time •DE• or the other Alliance will make a final decision.
3.1.1 If the proposal is refused or no answer given, both alliances will be free to scout, raid, attack the other.
3.1.2 If the proposal is accepted one Set of Guidelines will be created to permit a better implementation of Non Aggressive Actions.
3.1.2.1 Any NAP will have the duration of one Month, and will be again discussed internally. And a final decision will be presented to NAP Alliance.
3.2 Any violation of the NAP by either of the parties will result in cancellation of the NAP. A fresh meeting shall be organized and if things can be worked out efforts will be made once again along with compensation to the victim .
